This e-guide is intended to provide insights into a two-year research study with Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE), identifying critical indicators that make a sustainable transformation and growth an honest possibility for 21st-century businesses. The discoveries include two key factors enabling sustainable growth grounded on five non-traditional leadership behaviors and a number of new mindsets and eight core human attributes in support of these leadership behaviors.
